Removing and installing metal valve body
Special tools and workshop equipment required - Torque wrench -V.A.G 1410- – Push metal valve with rubber seal through the rim from the inside. – Fit chamfered washer and union nut from outside and tighten

 

– Use a suitable tool -1- (e.g. Ø 2 mm drill bit) to prevent turning.
– Press wheel electronics -1- into well base and screw to back of valve with micro-encapsulated bolt .
